At Tuli Clothing, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. Prefer an exchange? We offer size exchanges or you can swap for a different design. (Subject to availability), Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or stains will not be accepted.
Exchange order will be shipped as per new order timelines.

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear images if thereโs a defect.
We will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability in your area).
Refund Process, If any
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. (Bank details required.)
Processed refund amount will be credited to you within 2-3 days post initiating refund.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, youโll need to self-ship the item to us. (with proper tracking details shared with us.)
